Dartford has a real mix of older terraces, post-war semis and newer estate housing, and each one puts different demands on a driveway. Resin bound suits all of them because we build the base to match the ground we actually find underneath. On the heavier clay plots closer to the Darent, we excavate deeper and lay a stronger sub-base before any resin goes down.

The surface itself is fully permeable, so rainwater soaks straight through into the ground instead of running off towards your house or the road. That keeps you in line with SuDS requirements and usually means no planning permission is needed for a front driveway. It is slip resistant underfoot as well, which counts for a lot on the sloped approaches you find on plenty of Dartford properties.
